In order to better assist our laboratory community, the ICANL has implemented a new feature to the website: the FAQ Manager.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE FAQ MANAGER

The FAQ Manager should open in a new window to the right of this window. All questions are separated into six groups, or Topics as they are known here: one for the IAC (Intersocietal Accreditation Commission), the parent company of the ICANL; and one for each of the five member organizations, ICANL, ICAVL, ICAEL, ICAMRL and ICACTL. There are several easy ways to use the FAQ Manager:

• To view commonly asked questions specific to the ICANL, scroll down on the page labeled Topics and click on the header ICANL. (To return to the Topics page, select Topics from the small icon menu at the top of the FAQ Manager window.)
• To search ICANL questions relating to a specific issue (i.e. protocols), find the Search box at the top, use the pull-down menu to select ICANL as the Topic to be searched, and type your keyword(s) into the For box. The search results will include all questions related to the keyword(s).
• Have a new question for our staff? At the very top of the FAQ Manager window are several small menu buttons; please select Ask. Enter your question, being sure to select ICANL as the Topic for your question and include your email address. An ICANL staff member will email the answer to you.
