The following list of accredited labs includes laboratories granted accreditation on or prior to the most recent application deadline (deadlines are the first working day of January, April, July and October). Accreditation is granted for three years. Final application reviews are completed within the same month of each year; however, meetings during which the Board of Directors renders final decisions can vary and may fall after the expiration date listed on this website and on the laboratory's certificate. To avoid a lapse in the laboratory's accreditation due to the scheduling of these meetings, a grace period of 60 days beyond the listed expiration date is extended to those labs that have applied for reaccreditation.
